Within photovoltaic systems, even if panels and inverters certainly constitute the "heart" and "brain" of the system, all those elements that make up the "circulatory system" should not be forgotten, a system that must be kept in perfect efficiency.

We therefore offer a series of products expressly designed for use within photovoltaic systems. Fuses with gPV tripping characteristic, DC-21B category openable disconnectors under load, class II surge arresters and all the components necessary for complete protection and management of any type of system.

In addition to the individual components, we also offer a wide range of electrical panels, already wired and certified, for the protection of both the direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) sides of the systems.

For the DC side, in addition to numerous types of standard switchboards, switchboards are also available in which the disconnector is combined with a trip coil and switchboards with magnetothermic switches.

Switchboards for the AC side of the systems are also offered in various types: simple switchboards for the protection of the inverter or more complex switchboards, equipped with a CEI 0-21 (Low Voltage) or CEI 0-16 (Medium Voltage) approved network interface.

We also create customized panels according to customer specifications.

In this line we present a complete range of products designed to minimize electrical risk.

Where this risk exists, the obligations provided for by Legislative Decree 81/2008 automatically run, which establishes precise obligations for the employer to adopt all measures to eliminate or minimize the electrical risk, also identifying the personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to protect the safety of operators.

Among the numerous ranges of products offered, we point out in particular: insulating dielectric gloves, they are the most important PPE for electrical work because they are the first line of defense against live parts, and can be used as direct or secondary protection; insulating boots and shoes that protect the user against electric shocks by preventing the passage of dangerous current through the feet; insulating mats capable of protecting the user against electric shocks by preventing the passage of dangerous currents to earth; voltage detectors capable of communicating to the operator, with visual or audible signals, the absence/presence of voltage on electrical systems or equipment; grounding devices; signs and labels for signalling, available in numerous types and variants.

In this line we present a wide range of solutions for the connection and termination of cables and electrical conductors: connectors, cable lugs, end tubes, tools for their installation and a wide choice of accessories and components for cable insulation. 

The typical applications of this product line are all industrial and, in addition, those related to the railway, automotive, aeronautical sectors, etc. 

Among the various families of products that can be supplied, we point out in particular: cable lugs (used for electrical cable connections because they significantly simplify wiring and also the replacement of any damaged components); terminal tubes (also called ferrules, they consist of an insulating part and a conductive metal part, the bare part of the wires is inserted into the ferrule to allow a safe and efficient connection between the cable and the screw terminals, such as those of a magnetothermic or a terminal block); crimping tools: pliers, manual or hydraulic, used to crimp connectors on wires or cables and create secure and reliable electrical connections; Heat shrink tubing available in numerous types, diversified by color and size.

The system of modular protection and control equipment called ETIMAT includes a complete range of circuit breakers with breaking capacity of 6kA and 10kA, pure residual current circuit breakers of type AC, A and B, residual current circuit breakers, non-automatic circuit breakers, contactors, molded case circuit breakers and other components for the control and protection of electrical circuitstag. 

All the products of the system are modular, made with high quality materials and solutions and all strictly "Made in Europe". It is a series of equipment designed and manufactured using the most advanced technologies available, which have favored the introduction of many small but important innovations aimed at ensuring their simple and quick installation and safe operation over time. 

The certifications on various product lines obtained by the German certification body (VDE) and the Dutch certification body (KEMA) are a prestigious testimony to the value of the components presented here and a guarantee of safety for every operational application. 

The availability of various types of accessories (auxiliary contacts, current launch opening coils, etc.) and the breadth of the range offered allows users to design and implement complete, modern and integrated solutions.

The ISOFLEX product line consists of various product families, which can be used as accessories in control cabinets. 

In fact, they include: insulated flexible copper bars (with PVC insulation, unlimited possibilities for bending and twisting, operating temperature up to 105°C, they constitute a quick, modern and aesthetically appealing connection system for wiring electrical panels), flat copper braids and "solid" copper bars (also in tinned version), copper strips with threaded holes (also available with dimensions and characteristics on customer request). 

Numerous accessories are also offered that can simplify and make the work of the installer or panel builder more effective, including: busbar holders and accessories for busbar systems with a 60 mm center distance, over 200 different types of insulators and spacer columns made of red polyester resin loaded with glass fibers, metal spacers, power allocators, and much more.

The ROTEC line includes a wide range of cam switches and switches, which can be used for interrupting and switching operations between electrical circuits in a given sequence. 

The products range from 12A to 315A (AC-21A) and ensure a large number of positions and angles of operation. 

The range of modular disconnectors of the SZ series and the SILAMAT series enables the interruption and on-load disconnection of low-voltage machines and lines with rated currents from 16A to 1250A. 

We also offer a wide range of control units, consisting of various command and signalling units, suitable for the command and control of low-voltage electrical circuits. A distinction is made between pushbuttons, signals and light selectors, key or knob selectors, push-button panels and many other accessories. 

We also present a wide selection of push-button panels and complete systems for the lift and lifting sector, in compliance with current standards. 

Our strength is the design, development and production of customized equipment, made according to specific customer requests. Our technical department is available for the development of any type of project.

The boxes of the CUBO series are made of thermoplastic materials such as polyester, polycarbonate and ABS, and are used in a wide variety of industrial sectors. 

In addition, all the boxes of the CUBO series can be "customized", i.e. they can be modified in various ways according to the needs of the customers (for example, by drilling the walls, supplying them already equipped with cable glands, printing the customer's logo on them, etc.). In the standard version, the colour is RAL 7035 grey but they can also be supplied in other colours. 

The high quality of the products is evidenced by the numerous approvals obtained (FIMKO, UL, German Lloyd, etc.).  

We offer enclosures with a minimum degree of protection IP65 and up to IP67, small enclosures, which can be used with electronic boards and enclosures for general use, with smooth side walls or with pre-engraved walls, with opaque or transparent lids. 

We also supply wall-mounted panels, made of polyester plus glass fibers, with IP65 degree of protection, solid door or with transparent porthole and equipped with all the necessary accessories for the insertion of any type of modular equipment. A series of aluminum enclosures, with IP66 degree of protection, is also available.

The product line called MULTILINE was created to provide an additional service to fuse users, providing them with a wide range of components useful for the construction of electrical panels and systems. 

In fact, this line consists of several families of products, including: motor protectors that can be used for the protection of three-phase motors up to 22 kW and available in thermal or magnetothermic versions, both with a wide range of current values, adjustable according to the load current; level regulators whose float or electric switch is a level control used for various uses, including the control of a submersible pump, or as a float to close the water inlet into the autoclave collection tank by operating a solenoid valve or as a float level switch for dry running control; cable glands made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic material or brass and available with Pg pitch or metric pitch and in three colours: light grey RAL 7035, dark grey RAL 7001 and black RAL 9005; the degree of protection is IP68; miniature lamps for signalling (actuators and control buttons for panels and electrical systems are increasingly made in the luminous version, consequently signalling bulbs are an effective tool to complete the installer's work).

In 2006 the company ITALWEBER ELETTRA s.r.l. was founded, 100% controlled by ITALWEBER S.p.A., with the aim of producing and selling power transformers for Low Voltage.

Through some subsequent acquisitions, our company is now able to manufacture substantially any type of cast resin power transformer, both for Low Voltage and for Medium Voltage, up to the power of 4MVA.

We can supply Low Voltage transformers of various types (control, insulation, safety, for medical use, etc.), equipped with European, US and Canadian approvals, including models with IP20 degree of protection and models in IP44 casing. The range is completed by autotransformers, toroidal transformers, chokes and reactors for motor starting.

We also manufacture cast iron transformers for Medium Voltage, designed according to European standards and in compliance with EN 60076-11 and EN 50541-1 standards. Our production includes machines up to a maximum voltage of 24kV. The high-quality materials used and the stepped magnetic core (45°) guarantee low no-load losses and a high attenuation of noise levels.

The TRAFO product line also includes RFI interference filters of various types, electrodynamic stabilizers and various UPS models.
